2nd Avenue Rowhomes

DEV Partners enlisted SHYFT to assist with the development of the 2nd Avenue Rowhomes project in Fort Dodge, Iowa. This multi-family project includes two buildings, with a total of 40 one- or two-bedroom units spread across 27,188 SF. The concept for the project is to deliver quality workforce housing by utilizing a row home module where multiple housing options can be fit into the same square footage depending on the needs of a community. The intent is to increase predictability for financing, design, construction and speed to market while also delivering a quality of product that is unmatched in focus markets. The modular concept allows for scalability, quickly establishing the number of units to be built on each site with a set palette of unit options, reducing the time it takes to plan, construct, and deliver new housing units to each market.
