The Ohio State University - Ackerman Renovation

The Ohio State University College of Medicine sought office space on the 4th floor of the 700 Ackerman Building. The scope of work for the renovation includes finish upgrades, power and data upgrades to accommodate new furniture as well as upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, lighting, and plumbing. Working with a limited budget, the team developed a plan to effectively allocate the department funds for a refreshed space. The renovated space brings the finishes up to OSUMC’s standards and provides a new storefront into the suite.
